What gets a fast answer

  • Corrections. A figure that has changed, a threshold that no longer holds, a link that has moved. Include the source if you have it and the fix goes in quickly, under the rules in the editorial policy.
  • Data from inside a network. Screenshots of live bid tables, current deposit screens or payout terms are genuinely useful, and contributors can stay anonymous.
  • Campaign results that contradict something published here. Numbers that disagree with the site are more interesting than numbers that agree with it.
  • Press and research enquiries. Questions about the pricing research on the main guide or about how it was verified.

What does not get an answer

  • Offers to buy a listing, a link or a position in a comparison. Those are declined without exception; the reasons are in the affiliate disclosure.
  • Sponsored post pitches and guest article submissions.
  • Requests for account management, campaign setup or media buying services. This is a publication, not an agency.
  • Anything from anyone under 18.

For advertising networks

If a condition described on this site is wrong or has changed, send the vendor page that states the current figure and it will be updated with a fresh verification date. If you would prefer a drawback removed, that will not happen, but a documented correction to the underlying fact always will. The evidence standard applied to submissions is the same one described in the review methodology.
